  I've had a number of dentists over the years due to moving, college, etc and always found that those that were most competent were not necessarily nice, and the nice one's were not always good dentists. Dr. Dana has proven to be fantastic at both. For a practice with flexible hours, a convenient location, great chairside manner, and a dentist that really knows her stuff-- I highly recommend everyone give Serenity Smiles a chance. You won't go back to your old dentist.

  If i could give them zero stars I would. I am extremely busy, I work two jobs and go to college full time. Its pretty easy to work in with their hours, dont get me wrong. I would never recommend this place ever because of the poor services provided. They are totally unprofessional, after explaining to them I support myself solely they still would not work out a payment plan. Still I continued to go, then when I call to schedule my next appointment, a surprise balance pops up and I am told I have 1 week before this goes to collections. I was outraged at how they did not inform me, and thus they stated they had been sending mail and calling. I in all honesty received nothing at all.. Nonetheless, I had them mail the info again, nothing. SO i called in and payed over the phone, and questioned if she will be able to enter the card info correctly since I hadn't been getting mail from them, ironically they are able to enter payment info perfectly, but sending mail about bills is not their forte. It makes me believe they WANTED to let it go to collections to ruin my credibility, how pathetic.
