- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My doctor for 16 years. She is very good. Doesn't jump on the anti-biotic bandwagon. Very empathetic, great rapport. Unfortunately, there are constant issues with office organization. For example, I showed up for lab work this morning to have my A1C and vitamin D levels checked. The order sent to the lab only mentioned the vitamin D. So I am sitting here at the lab for an hour until the office opens up. I talked to the office three separate occasions this week about the A1C as I was out of metformin. And still, that test was left off the order. The affiliation shift from Boone Hospital to MU Health in October of 2016 was an insurance nightmare which cost me out of pocket expenses and took months to resolve. Wait times on hold on the phone can last 10 minutes; harder to make an appointment; and wait times in the office are longer. Not impressed with the switchover.
